FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda Amano’s latest report, which was issued on Friday, has been delivered to the IAEA Board of Governors, IRNA reported.
The agency confirms the absence of any diversion in Iran’s nuclear activities, which are being monitored, the report noted.
“Amano’s new report is yet another proof of the peaceful nature of Iran’s nuclear activities and successes in the area of atomic technology, particularly [uranium] enrichment, as well as full cooperation with the agency,” said the Iranian ambassador to the IAEA, Ali Asghar Soltanieh, following the release of the report.
The agency’s latest report on the Iranian nuclear energy program will be discussed during the next meeting of the IAEA Board of Governors, which will be held in Vienna on June 4.
The UN nuclear agency chief, accompanied by IAEA Deputy Director General and Head of the Department of Safeguards Herman Nackaerts and Assistant Director General for Policy Rafael Mariano Grossi, recently held talks with senior Iranian officials in Tehran.
Iran and the P5+1 group — Britain, China, France, Russia, the United States, and Germany — wrapped up their final meeting in Baghdad on Thursday evening after two earlier sessions of negotiations on Thursday and Wednesday.
The two sides agreed to hold another round of talks in Moscow on June 18 and 19.
