A very interesting discovery has been made at the ISS. Microscopic life forms have been found on the side of the International Space Station, these microscopic life forms have been identified as Sea Plankton.
Scientists have been baffled by the fact that microscopic organisms have been found in Space and how they are able to survive in such harsh conditions.
Even though these are not “alien lifeforms” scientists are still looking for an answer as to how these tiny microscopic organisms managed to find their way to the International Space Station, 205 miles from Earth and onto the surface of the craft.
Plankton are usually microscopic but the species also include jellyfish.
According to Russian scientists, bugs in space can survive despite lack of oxygen, zero gravity, extreme temperatures, and cosmic radiation.
