FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda “Under existing conditions, they (US and its allies) intend to challenge the region by creating crisis in Syria, which is at the frontline [of resistance] against the Zionists. Meanwhile, they [also] want to prevent unity of the Islamic Ummah because the Middle East is the heart of the Muslim Ummah,” said Ali Akbar Velayati, a senior advisor to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei and Secretary General of the World Assembly of Islamic Awakening.
Velayati further described Egypt as a power pole in the Arab World, adding that the former Egyptian regime was among the Western-backed governments which suddenly collapsed and replaced by new governments that are not in line with regional policies of US, the Zionists, and their regional stooges.
“They [Western powers] have lost Egypt and Tunisia, their base in Bahrain has become shaky, and are losing [their power base] in Yemen,” he added.
The Iranian official also predicted that contrary to US claims, the future world will be a multipolar world with the Islamic countries forming one of those poles.
Velayati emphasized that the Islamic Republic will be one of the global focal points in the future and is “currently the prime regional power.”
“We may have some economic difficulties but in military and political aspects, we have the first say as is evidenced by Iran’s high influence, so that, no other country sways the same degree of influence in West Asia and the Middle East as Iran,” he said.
