Israeli forces abduct 37 Palestinians in West Bank

Israeli occupation forces abducted on Wednesday night 37 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, Palestinian rights group said.

Reporting local sources, the Palestinian Prisoner Club (PPC) said that the Israeli occupation forces raided several Palestinian villages, towns and cities.

In a statement, the PPC said that the Israeli occupation forces abducted at least 37 Palestinian civilians during the raids.

The PPC also said that the Israeli occupation inspected houses of the Abductees and confiscated mobiles, laptops and money.

Family of one of the abductees told the PPC that the Israeli occupation beat women and children during the inspection of the house.

UN documentation has shown that the Israeli occupation forces carried out 95 raids in Palestinian towns, villages and refugee camps every two weeks in 2016.

Rights groups say that there are more than 6,500 Palestinians inside 22 Israeli prisons, including 52 women, 350 minors, about 400 patients and 400 serving administrative detention.
