Movie massacre suspect James Holmes remained unapologetic and irrational Saturday in a Colorado jail where his life was at risk from inmates bent on revenge.
Holmes, held under suicide watch in solitary confinement, remained in his murderous “Joker” persona after arriving at the Arapahoe Detention Center, a jailhouse worker told the Daily News.
“Let’s just say he hasn’t shown any remorse,” the employee said. “He thinks he’s acting in a movie.”
The man accused in the midnight theater massacre was still acting bizarrely a day after his rampage at a screening of “The Dark Night Rises” — the last film in the Batman trilogy.
“He was spitting at the door and spitting at the guards,” one released inmate told The News outside the jail. “He’s spitting at everything. Dude was acting crazy.”

Drugged out of his mind for sure. Has the FBI had enough time to plant his appt. full of drugs and whatever else they need to cover this up ?
It is never too early to start working on your insanity defense. Probably won’t go very far with it, seeing as how this thing apparently took months to plan and prep for. Of course to many on this site, the only logical answer is “MKULTRA” because as we all know, there is always a sinister reason behind any action that Alex deems so.

You know cmichael4, normally I would be way more hesitant to pin this on the gov’t but it’s just way, way too close to the UN Small Arms Treaty vote and the White House already said just the day before that it was dead as they didn’t have the votes. Timing is everthing and this event stinks to high heaven.

think what you like, but the fact that the government has already been exposed as funding and running MKUltra and many other such programs ought to give anyone pause before simply dismissing it. What is always the best indicator of future behavior? That would be past behavior.

I have never understood the idea of Guilt or Innocence
And there is no reason for prisons
There are only (2) things that matter in a criminal case
1) Did the defendent exibit NORMAL RATIONAL BEHAVIOR?
Or
2) Did the defendent exibit ABNORMAL IRRATIONAL BEHAVIOR?
If the person’s behavior, determined by a Jury, is #1 – Then an aquital is required
If the person’s behavior ,determinded by a Jury, is#2 – Then he is MENTALLY ILL and needs to be hospitalized
Prisons and punishment requrie a ruling of “EVIL”
Evil, my friends is non existant, There is only rational or irrational in this world. everything else is a witch hunt.
Well, it is tried and tested and there is always alternative fall backs.
The insanity defense won’t go very far because they won’t be looking for the nano implant

I guess that real life is just too complicated for some people to deal with..(cmicheael4) like those that refuse to consider just how far the government black ops have gone and how many times they have pulled the remote “trigger” to set up the public for more freedom stealing laws to pass.
Sad thing is; you people are just as much a victim of the black ops as this guy Holmes is and those that were shot down. Yeppers, you are nothing but mind controlled and manipulated as well. Victims that are merely responded to years of media mind intervention and suggestions.

Oh, but Sage, he THINKS he’s in a movie! In the USA, this is probably one of the most common thoughts ever. I would’t waste much time asking for proof of anything, however, as Suc has run amuck. The very fact that there is no proof proves it!!! I’m waiting for suc to start his angle on how the shooter kept asking for Sarah Connor.
I guess they didn’t bother to say who was there questioning him, here is where they can turn on and off his hypnotic suggestions for the news media hype.
