The attorney for a family suing Chicago Public Schools over the alleged handcuffing of a first-grader in 2010 said Tuesday that the boy was among several 6- and 7-year-olds who were detained and handcuffed for hours for talking in class.
In an email to the Tribune, attorney Michael Carin said school officials at Carver Primary School on the Far South Side authorized the on-campus security guard in March 2010 to discipline some first-graders who were being disruptive.
Giving details not disclosed in the lawsuit filed Monday in Cook County Circuit Court, Carin said the school’s security officer removed the students from class and held them in another office on campus where there were no other adults present. Carin said the students were handcuffed for hours and told that “they were going to prison and would never see their parents again.”
“There appears to be no reason for an officer to isolate 6- and 7-year-old children, place them in handcuffs and threaten them for hours during a school day, or any other day,” Carin wrote.

Get your kids out of the public schools!!! its only going to get worse.they do not teach kids anything anyways!!! the system is changeing, dumbing down our children to rat us out if we have food storage or guns. if you want to protect your kids stay home with them instead of working 2 jobs. while your paying bills, your kids are being brainwashed to speak against you. and become zombies.

50 and even 30 years ago most parents actually parented. If you got in trouble at school you knew you were going to get in trouble at home which made kids less likely to get in trouble.
Then the NEW AGE parents reading the Doc Spock books with its GLOBALIST propaganda and agenda convinced parents to STOP patenting and things went from BAD to WORSE!
The globalists knew that when you “SPARED THE ROD, YOU SPOIL THE CHILD” just as GOD told us would happen from the beginning but of course the globalists HATE GOD and getting rid of EVERYTHING that relates and and refers to GOD is their Number 1 priority.
I m against allowing the school spank my child but I am for them using other forms of punishment like detention, suspension, extra homework etc.
Children are no longer taught to respect their elders or anyone for that matter and that includes their parents. The government actually encourages UNRULY children because they want them to be WARDS OF THE STATE to take away the parental rights.
The fact is, in the last 20-25 years parents are just BAD PARENTS! I personally am SICK of having to deal with the SPOILED and UNRULY BRATS and then have their parents sit there and make excuses for their ROTTEN children, who I also have to PAY for through school taxes, welfare etc.
However, for this story, I think what the RENT A COP did to these kids is CRIMINAL, this is CRUEL and INHUMANE treatment and he should be put in handcuffs himself and actually put in JAIL! He should be SUED personally and lose his job! The CORRUPT and and INEPT school board should also be SUED. Of course no one will be fired but instead they will be REWARDED and promoted.
This is the type of thing that if it were my kid i would be compelled to kick the shit out of that security guard

This brings back a not to pleasant memory for me. I can remember when I was in 1st or 2nd grade, [late 60’s] a young boy was sent to the principal’s office for misbehaving. His screams from whatever the perp was using, echoed down the corridor into the classroom. He was spanking with ? on this boy, and it was loud. By the time we entered high school, I noticed that young teen was clearly on the path of destruction.
That’s when I knew I was different than the rest. That’s when I knew I needed to find a way to make grown men like whatever possessed that principal to do this, cry. And, they do cry like babies when they realize they aren’t as tough as they think they are….because whatever they are, they aren’t real men.
Damn. Fifty years ago, the parents would have chased the guy and killed him with their shotguns. The jury would have given them a free pass, just to let other pedophiles know they must die.
Ya well much less than fifty years ago a kid engaging is serious misbehaviour would’ve been eventually subjected to a yardstick accross the knuckles or a very firm smack upside head.
These days you can go to jail for injuring someone, in self defense, for breaking into your house and threatening your family…
Every student should have to have a NUN as a teacher in elementary school…then their would be no need for “Security Gaurds” in the schools at any level of education. Those tough dried up old prunes (Nuns) could beat the devil out of any kid…and even a few adults.
That’s bullshit. Those nuns abused children and then the priests molest them after the nuns have softened them up. My father was kicked out of Catholic school (in the 40′s) because a nun started beating on him. My father said to the nun, “Sister, I’m not your fucking punching bag” and my father then proceeded to punch her in the jaw, knocking her out cold! Suffice to say, my father was never allowed to go back to that school.
I agree. Just because they are nuns, doesn’t give them the right to hit you. Good for your father Death Ray. I had a few nuns try and grab my arm to stop me from leaving a camp to go to work. I was in my early 20′s and she grabbed my arm and told me i wasn’t going anywhere. I gave a look right in the eyes and told her to let go. I wasn’t staying there and I had to work. no yelling….all in the eyes. I think she thought I had the Devil in me! hahaha
Well I have heard of some ridiculous things but that takes the cake! Even if that were considered a time out its 5 minutes for every year of age after 5 so at best 15 minute of scared striaght would have been plenty. Secondly you dont scare the crap out of 7 year olds like that youll scar them for life!. Thirdly I work in Law enforcement and if he were under my jurisdiction not only would he have bene fired but he would be doing time for kidnapping. What he did was illegal plain and simple.
What does a cop know about illegal? I wonder how many “brothers in blue” you’ve failed to arrest? How many innocent people have you sent to jail because you were ignoring the Constitution?
Why is this not child abuse? Kindergarten, power trippin’, rental cop. He should have no problem getting a real cop job with that on his resume.

Its always been a fundamental tennant of the Cultural Marxists/Poltically Correct/Communits to ‘get them when they are young’. This includes most aspects of so called modern ‘schooling’ and as Alex was pointing out yesterday the same liberals and Marxists stopped children being chastised by their parents (which is their role) , and then the school werent allowed to exact corporal punishment. But now its ok to handcuff young people because they talk in class . In my day it was the duty of the teacher to bring order and for the children to respect this request. But the liberal and the cultural marxists along with their Frankfurt School agenda sought to undermine the West by undermining the family, the role of the Father as authority figure and dumb down schooling.
It is completely unacceptable for any adult to mistreat children. To think a child’s trust has been breached by those posing as authority figures at such a young age. The security guard should be locked up with some nasty prison inmates and then told what he did to 6 year olds. I can’t believe the way children are being treated in schools and by the TSA. Using fear intimidation and molesting kids is truly disgusting.
common everyday occurence in America now? This is one way the globalists have taken over. Children first.. the children dont have the mindset to defend themselves. nor the legal capacity. A person under the age of 18 and even 21 .. insurance purposes say 25 have less rights or no rights in the eyes of our government.. slowly eroding thier feeling of self empowerment.. we need public stockades like the old days for these power trippin cops… they have to start feeling some sense of retrobution.. or this will only get crazier and more dangerous for our society…
