FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda CHICAGO (AP) — Prosecutors in Chicago have told a judge they aren’t ready to show defense attorneys the formal indictment against three protesters arrested on terrorism-related charges before last month’s NATO summit.
Defense attorneys complained at a Tuesday hearing that they know almost nothing about the evidence. When the judge asked if prosecutors could show them the indictment, a prosecutor answered, “No.”
The judge says the refusal was “a little strange” but didn’t order prosecutors to turn over the indictment.
The three defendants allegedly plotted to hurl Molotov cocktails at President Barack Obama‘s campaign headquarters.
Defense attorney Thomas Durkin told reporters it would have been appropriate, given media interest, for prosecutors to make the indictment public. He says it would address questions about whether prosecutors went too far in labeling the men terrorists.
