North Korea’s anticipated missile launch failed today after it fired the long-range test rocket, defying U.N. Security Council resolutions and an agreement with the United States.

The 90-ton rocket launched and there was a larger than anticipated flare.

U.S. officials said that the missile is believed to have crashed into the sea.

It was launched from the Sohae Satellite Launching Station in the northern part of the country, near its border with China.

  1. Very good! Just what I wanted! A black eye for those psychos!

  2. Uh this is another very vague report from CNN. “It MAY have broke up”? Give me a break. If they saw it fail then they should be able to say for certain that it failed. Otherwise it sounds like trash at the moment. I wan’t to see video of it failing before I believe this.

North Korea has already successfully launched missiles before so they already know they are working. This “news” isn’t real…

  3. NK is just looking for more money. Syria is about to slide a notch or two in the “Axis of Evil” rankings so NK is showing off their bad @ss selves.

  4. NORAD probably ‘nicked’ it with laser or electron-beam satellite, just to make sure…

  5. Like I said…straight up…then straight down

China’s missiles use to do the same thing…then BJ Toon sold them all our missile technology

  6. Theres the Red Jacket again! Why are the puppet woman wearing Red?

  7. we want to be the only ones who shoot missiles ….what hypocrites …

  8. NK should hire some out of work US. rocket scientists

  9. Shot down at 27,000 ft, by the USAF.

  10. Well, I think the propaganda of making the North Koreans look evil is getting worn out. There are 3 sides to every story, my side, your side and the truth. This rocket failure proves they have no capabilities to even worry about.
