This practice continues even though key Obama officials have been caught lying, a term used advisedly, about how many civilians they’re killing. I’ve written and said many times before that in American media discourse, the definition of “militant” is any human being whose life is extinguished when an American missile or bomb detonates (that term was even used when Anwar Awlaki’s 16-year-old American son, Abdulrahman, was killed by a U.S. drone in Yemen two weeks after a drone killed his father, even though nobody claims the teenager was anything but completely innocent: “Another U.S. Drone Strike Kills Militants in Yemen”).
This morning, the New York Times has a very lengthy and detailed article about President Obama’s counter-Terrorism policies based on interviews with “three dozen of his current and former advisers.” I’mwriting separately about the numerous revelations contained in that article, but want specifically to highlight this one vital passage about how the Obama administration determines who is a “militant.” The article explains that Obama’s rhetorical emphasis on avoiding civilian deaths “did not significantly change” the drone program, because Obama himself simply expanded the definition of a “militant” to ensure that it includes virtually everyone killed by his drone strikes. Just read this remarkable passage:
Mr. Obama embraced a disputed method for counting civilian casualties that did little to box him in. It in effect counts all military-age males in a strike zone as combatants, according to several administration officials, unless there is explicit intelligence posthumously proving them innocent.

No mistake there, and he has to amp up in shock and awe, because he, Schwarzenegger, Soros and Bredesen got caught April 22, 2011, involved in the kidnappings of Brittanee Drexel, Megan Maxwell, Holly Bobo and eventually Lauren Spierer just a few weeks later. Romney and Trump were involved in Swift’s murder/rendition. Thomas Monson is involved in the disappearances of Natalee Holloway, Robyn Gardner and Sierra Lamar.
You people are crazy if you think this isn’t happening. Bilderberg developed DRAC legislation FEMA, The PATRIOT Act and S.1867.1021 for just this purpose. Occult rendition IS the Globalist prime directive.

I really enjoy your posts and would like to know where to go to read more about your hypothesis.
there are THOUSANDS of clips out there of air-strike hits with all kinds of weapons and the majority of them are in densely populated areas of rag-head-land.
This is why Obammy haz this little clause in his briefcase.
When you drop a 2,000lb JDAM in a slum full of people to get ONE guy, you are going to kill and mame hundreds of non-combatants and swell the ranks of the terrorists that want to hit back at the “great satan” because of all of their inbred family members that are killed while sleeping in the wrong part of town at the wrong time of night.
This is just one of the reasons that a war in the mid-east will NEVER be “won” by the USA or the UN or the NWO, (take your pick) until they kill eveyone so there is no next generation to be brought up as human bombs or alquida fighters.
With the amount of DU fragments that have been seeded over there over the past decade or so, the soft-kill radioactive fallout from thses actions will be masked by their inbred policies until it will be too late to reverse it.
good riddence to bad rubbish.
Now if we could just find a way to do the same DU dance in the halls of power around the globe, I would say that would be a fitting punishment for the mass-murders that have been committed in the name of profit.

yes, a cessium stripe down the middle of every floor in the pentagon would be a great start!
I hear japan is exporting cessium for free now so why not make good use of it before it kills us all anyways?
Some plutonium paint for all their offices.
Hell, even some stromium dinnerware for all those fancy confrences they throw for each other would be helpful.

This is not new. George W did the same exact thing. Why not bring that up in this article seeing it has been the status quo now for over a decade. It is just a game of words to cover the murderous and traitorous acts of the last two administrations.
And I suppose a “strike zone” is defined as planet Earth….
Wonder if the Kenyan ever read the Geneva Convention of which we are a signatory?

This policy basically says that, for the president, conspiracy to commit murder or murder is legal. So what are we supposed to do when the president openly admits these heinous and felonious acts? When you are not acting in a presidential manner can you actually be considered the president or just some piece of scum to wipe off your boot?
What could be proven when they have been blown up? What would it matter at that point? The same logic would apply then, that if someone from another country blew up an office to get rid of a corrupt politician (just an extreme example of course) and the Pres or VP or some high up official of some kind was in it, well he was a militant and it was just an unfortunate collateral damage. Derp I know I am taking it to the extremes on all accords here but its too exemplify the point of how heinous and disgusting a law like that is.
This should be the new American mantra, Hey everyone, one by one we are going to bomb your countries if you stop exchanging in American currencies, if you get in the way of our bomb logic, you’ll explode or be maimed. Have a good day, go freedom.
