FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda Prime Minister Julia Gillard has congratulated Taur Matan Ruak on his election as the new president of East Timor.
Australia worked closely with Mr Ruak during his decade as chief of East Timor’s Defence Force (F-FDTL).
“His leadership and vision for the development of the F-FDTL and his strengthened relationship with the leadership of the national police have had a profoundly beneficial impact on stability in East Timor,” Ms Gillard said ibn a statement on Friday.
“The Australian government looks forward to working with Taur Matan Ruak as he continues his contribution to East Timor’s peace and development in his new role as president.”
She said the peaceful election on Monday and the well-run electoral process inspired confidence ahead of East Timor’s parliamentary election on July 7.
