The Patriot Act was created in the aftermath of the September 11 attacks. The legislation was created to keep Americans safer at home and aboard, though the war on terror continued to claim the lives of hundreds of thousands worldwide. The US has been seen worldwide as the global police, but has this American policy created more enemies then friends?
