Ankara, April 15, IRNA – Iranian President Hassan Rouhani arrived here on Friday evening to hold bilateral talks with high-ranking Turkish officials, especially his counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
President Rouhani was welcomed by Turkish Development Minister Cevdet Yilmaz, Iranian ambassador to Ankara and Iran’s embassy staff at Ankara International Airport.
The Iranian president arrived in Istanbul to attend the summit meeting of Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in the Turkish port city on Wednesday.
President Rouhani held bilateral meetings with heads of states on the sidelines of the 2-day OIC Summit meeting.
