Farm Wars
Friday, June 22, 2012

Thought that endorsing Romney was bad enough? In another turn of events that exposes the corporatist leanings of Rand Paul, Senator from Kentucky, he has voted NO on a GMO labeling amendment to the farm bill “to permit States to require that any food, beverage, or other edible product offered for sale have a label on indicating that the food, beverage, or other edible product contains a genetically engineered ingredient.” The following is taken from the United States Senate Website.

Just as I was about to comment about Rand Paul becoming a one term senator, I then saw the distribution of votes. There, amid “some” of the problem senators, were those voting NO, so it has me wondering about what dustinan23 was getting at, below.

Rand may very well still one of the good guys and no one has yet divulged the true meaning of this possibly corrupt legislation. We won’t know until “we know”.

Looking at the votes, though, I can’t see how the votes fell the way they did unless the process was rigged so that the results didn’t fall along party lines. My two cents.

Stop rationalizing away this sell out to Satan politician’s actions. He’s betrayed the people who supported his rise and God will be judging him for what he’s done.

“CNBC admits We’re all SLAVES to CENTRAL BANKERS” (and that of course includes the Senator too, btw) at

    youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embeddedv=efKchHKMb2k

4 sec: “Do we all work for Central Bankers? Is this Global Governance at last? Is it One World.. with the Central Bankers in charge?”

1 min: “To answer your question: We are absolutely slave to Central Banks”

1 min 16sec: “Markets are driven by policy now, they’re not driven by market forces”

1 min 26 sec: “Fiat currency thats continually watered down.. so the markets go up and we feel good about it”

2min 25 sec: “We are basically beholden to Central Bankers”

2min 30sec: “..admits (Federal Reserve) are debasing currency and borrowing our way to false prosperity”

2min 48sec: “Every Central Bank in the world has to devalue their currency”

3min 28sec: “Free markets will fight back and ultimately they’ll win”

So, forget Ron Rand Paul cause it’s the markets that will save us all now, right…? LOL

Hopefully this may just be the product of what occasionally seems like rigid Paul style opposition to government sponsorored or mandated anything.

On the other hand, GMOs gotta go.

I believe that nearly 100% (if not all) are bought off or blackmailed (same as being bought off but with a different kind of payment).

They vote as they are told to vote. Believing this, has lead me to think that what we perceive to be the correct vote (whether it be Yea or Nay) is nothing more than a ploy to make it look like there is disagreement (and in a sense some form of a working governmental body).

If I alone were informing these so-called representatives of how they will vote, and if I wanted to deceive the public by making them beleive that they are not all bought off, I would have some vote Yea and others Nay. It doesn’t matter as long as it looks like there is some form of opposition (and debate) over each vote.

If one person (or ONE ORGANIZATION) could control the votes, it would also make it possible to make some people in congress appear to be on the right side of things (a real patriot). It would be possible to have some particular “representatives” always vote the way we perceive to be correct, therefore giving the impression that they are “honest’ or “good”.

Oh, how easy it would be.

Looking back even a hundred years ago we can find examples of how the majority of congress were corrupted. How much progress do you think they can make in a century?

I don’t believe one bit of it. If an honest man existed in congress, it would be impossible for them to not mention some of the blatant wrongdoings that are going on.

I think you’ve done a good job explaining it. the game seems to be repeated in nations around the world. Thanks for putting it into words.

  2. I dont know if its that simple…sometimes theres more to it, other sub-contingencies further in the bill have other conditions that might be absurd…and if you say yea to the labeling part, they set up these sneaky other parts that have to pass with it..As far as Rand endorsing Romney, its the only chance he has to get Romney to follow thru on some things beneficial to us(obviously romney is a corporate, egotistical bank whore). Rand said he would endorse whoever the nominee is for the sake of getting obama out..Rand has been beneficial already on the NDAA, jobs legislation, and vocal about most other garbage..The reality is hes trying to do what he can with what little power he has so he has to work his way thru the jungle of politics. If he came across all vocal against Romney, among other things, he would be so iced out that he would be less effective..

what good is any of his supposed “good” when we don’t have our health. What good is any wealth or freedom if you don’t have your health. No health and your body is weak enough to allow your mind to think an evil mans good intentions won’t pave your highway to hell for the first time.

  3. HE’S A POS LIKE HIS DADDY. VOTE LIBERTARIAN!

  4. When it comes to GMO anything, you’re essentially playing with the devil, not Romney, not the government, but with people’s lives. The dioxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is special to each species on the this planet earth and no where else in the galaxy ! If you tamper with it’s development for what ever reason you are tampering it for, the offset and offshoot of replication will eventually have disastrous results. It’s no different then playing with uranium, and in which is an element that destroys DNA, but yet, with all the increase in cancers developing, some brainless idiot is still determined its the best thing that can happen to mankind ! ?

Decline: Rand Paul is a failure !

  5. So Jay Rockefeller, Diane Feinstein, and Barbera Boxer voted the right way on this bill and Rand Paul voted the wrong way. My head hurts.

  7. LMAO. No surprise.

The 3 bills still in the house regarding gmos are here:
    govtrack.us/congress/bills/112/hr3553
    govtrack.us/congress/bills/112/hr3554
    govtrack.us/congress/bills/112/hr3555
At present they all list Kucinich as the sponsor, though in the bills’ initial forms that wasn’t always the case. Still at least Kucinich has taken the trouble to re-introduce them. Paul sr’s name is not on any of them as either the sponsor or as a co-sponsor.

  8. ah folks u need to read what is in the whole bill first lol! b4 u condemn him on this 1.he did the right thing this time, did u notice who voted for it?,that should tell u something is a miss.the bill includes a whole disaster of things ,including climate change stuff, enviromental stewardship,on and on what it is ,is a dang “agenda 21″ bill really.it is not what u want at all,and alex jones should know better 2,just other day he ran article here stating the bill was loaded with these things ,he even included it has something proposed for gun rights also.now he throws paul under the bus???i dont get it.maybe he still pissed that he has endored romney lol,and thats all it takes i dont know, and that was wrong sure, but he did right on this 1 folks,do some research first!

    Ho of Babylon Reply:

The vote shown is the vote against the amendment introduced by Bernie Sanders that would have allowed states to label foods as gmo, not the entire bill.

  9. If this was a trojan horse bill, and was loaded with crap..bravo. If it wasn’t, Rand, your a whore.

  10. the “amendment”,should not be an “amendment”at all , it should be a bill all unto itself(the gmo labeling part that is),then we see who would vote which way lol . to vote on any part of such a monster bill is taking big risks, and it just lets there foot in the door.

    Ho of Babylon Reply:
    June 23rd, 2012 at 5:25 pm

Bullshit. Amendments in bills are commonplace, and this was not remotely the only amendment upon which the senate voted in this particular bill, there were about 10 of them: sustainableagriculture.net/blog/senate-passes-its-farm-bill/ Everyone got to vote on labeling gmos in this bill, separate from the rest of the bill, and they did indeed show their true colors regarding the topic.

  11. Requiring GMOs to be labeled as such is not big gov’t getting in the way of our liberty– we have the right to know what is in our food!

  13. Nothing is sacred

  14. This is a big bill, and there are many things in it I would vote no for too…Why vote yes to amend a bill you are against in the first place..Rather than everyone going off half cocked maybe you should first listen to Rand Paul’s reason for voting no…. Or better yet maybe you should go read the legislation this amendment was to be tacked onto and then you’ll know why Rand voted against it.

Glen there is going to be a civil war douche bag. I have lots of guns and am fully prepared. I sure hope you are along with millions of others. To take physical action of this type now would not work because of cowardly pussies like you who will do nothing. With out back up and taking action of this nature right now would be the equivalent of driving a car at 70 mph into a brick wall. No back up to make the operation last.

Glen on another note. I hope the feds think of me the same way you are thinking of me. It will make me many times more dangerous. Last week I was flying and refused the Xray machines and was almost arrested for my very intelligent and smart ass remarks to the Airport police and TSA security guards. It took every thing I had to keep from putting 2-3 of them in the hospital ICU and just walk away realize this would be a suicide mission. Until more sheeple wake up we are screwed and this will happen as economic collapse occurs when we can no longer print money and get away with it.

    Glen believes things are better in his own country, in Australia aka downunderpants… and well, from a fabian-eugenicist-socialist’s point of view things are indeed “better” over there… just ask Julia Gillard et al;

“One of the world’s most powerful business leaders has applauded the Government’s move to put a price on carbon, but says his company will need to import foreign workers to make its Australian operations competitive…”

  17. You ever get real drunk? I mean sloppy, falling down drunk? Well that’s what Ron Paul did about 45 years ago, went home and fucked his wife and 9 months later out came Rand. He’s what ya call a “mistake fuck”. That’s when all the DNA and sperm cells are drunk and swim in circles and make no sense. Even his name …RAND makes no sense. Have you ever heard of another person named Rand in your life? I hope there never is another.

  19. The Pauls have left Jones up a gum tree. When you present a media organisation it’s best to profess neutrality even if you are right wing biased.

  20. Alex’s continued support of the Paul’s shows he has compromised what he stands for. He needs to renounce his favoritism of powerful politicians who turn against the people.

  21. These politicians will get what’s coming to them. They won’t escape what’s down the road, God won’t let them escape His judgment. Alex Jones is a witness to it all and so are the rest of us.

  24. Look, you are all falling for it. This whole thing is a fucking charade. And you’re taking the bait, hook, line, and sinker.
Just like the housing market. They blew it up, then burst it. All by design. Same thing here. They give you hope and then take it away. The idea is to confuse you and have us all running around in circles looking for answer’s. There aren’t any. At least as far as you’re concerned. You’ll never find them. That’s the idea.
They have everyone wondering who is telling the truth and who is lying, questioning who the patriots in politics are and who aren’t…Thus causing even the truther’s to begin fighting among themselves. You ever watch the tv show “The Outer Limits”, where they tell you not to not to attempt to adjust the picture…
“There is nothing wrong with your television. Do not attempt to adjust the picture. We are now controlling the transmission. We control the horizontal and the vertical. We can deluge you with a thousand channels or expand one single image to crystal clarity and beyond. We can shape your vision to anything our imagination can conceive. For the next hour we will control all that you see and hear. You are about to experience the awe and mystery which reaches from the deepest inner mind to the outer limits.”
    Get the picture?

    I agree.

There is one thing that should be clear to all of us. The only way to change any of it is to regain control of the government. This will not be accomplished through the system.

They may confuse some, but not all, there is one answer to this. It won’t be easy and it won’t be pretty, it will take action which will mean risk to ourselves.

Keep your powder dry, your skills honed and be clear about one thing (mentioned below)

    The time is NOW!!!
