Sen. Marco Rubio said Thursday that the Supreme Court’s decision to uphold President Barack Obama’s health care law means that the IRS will now “come after” Americans.
“I hope people back home fully understand what this means, and here’s what this means: It is now unlawful for you not to buy health insurance, and if you do not buy it, you have an IRS problem,” the Florida Republican said on Fox News. “If you do not buy health insurance, the IRS is going to be on your back and chasing you. They’re going to take away your refund, they’re going to increase your fees, they’re going to come after you.”
Rubio argued that millions of Americans will face being “out of compliance” with the IRS for not having health insurance coverage.
“Somehow the Obama administration thinks that’s a victory,” he said. “That’s everything you need to know about that administration.”
The high court ruled Thursday that Congress did not overstep its power by requiring almost all Americans to buy health insurance. The justices ruled that Congress has the authority to impose the Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate through its taxing power.

Seems like this Nation was forged out of Tax Rebellion. Or at least I was told. It is easy for these IRS scum bags, who get free “guberment” health care, to justify cracking down on the rest of us who have to pay for it. I personally do pay for my health care insurance… but I like it to be my choice.
The IRS will not be chasing me because they will be running as I pull out my XD 45, 308, and 9mm. I have not filed taxes in 8 years because of all this corruption. All my money is in silver and gold. When silver hits 500 an ounce or higher I retire nice and quite.

IF THEY DO NOT VOTE TO EXTEND THE FEDERAL RESERVE CHARTER, THE IRS, ALONG WITH THE FBI, DEA AND AFT GO , WHOOOSH AND VANISH FROM EXISTANCE.

The socialist ideal was first tried by Jamestown colony and was a total failure where more than half the people died of starvation. After that they went to the individualist ideal, where every person took care of themself. It succeeded magnificently. Most people that can’t afford insurance are not going to be able to afford pay $800 every year.

Do veterans pay Obam while already having been enitiled to VA care, do poor and homeless who don’t pay Obama have warrants issued for their arrests? Statistics now indicate that about half of Americans have NO SANINGS WHATSOEVER – so where is the money going to come from their monthly budget to pay Obama for something many will not even use?
