FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda Police have allegedly nabbed two different drivers speeding in the same car within hours of each other in southern NSW.
A 20-year-old female driver from Victoria was driving a Toyota Camry on the Hume Highway near Jugiong at around 7.30am (AEST) on Sunday when she was clocked travelling at 168km/h in a 110km/h zone, police said.
Officers pulled the driver over and issued her with an infringement notice for speeding.
But two hours later the same car was on the highway again and allegedly caught going 125km/h in a 110km/h zone in nearby Tumblong.
The driver, 29, also from Victoria, was issued with two infringement notices – one for exceeding the speed limit and another for driving with a passenger not wearing a seat belt.
The infringements are part of the Operation Highway 31, which runs from July to October, and is aimed at reducing road trauma along the highway.
Operations Commander of Highway Patrol Command Superintendent Stuart Smith said due to “the recklessness displayed by some drivers so far” the number of officers for the operation was likely to increase.
“Motorists should bear in mind that this type of behaviour will not be tolerated, and they may find themselves with not only a steep fine, but having to attend court,” Supt Smith said in a statement.
