I was pulled over by San Diego County Sheriff Deputy Daniel Fabinski. He asked me if I knew I made an illegal u-turn? I said I did not. I told him I was new and unfamiliar to the area. I drove up a poorly lit hill at night and did not seeing any signs or road markings. I asked him professionally and politely if he would let me off with a warning since; I was homeless, sleeping in my car and having financial problems. He would not listen and demanded my registration.
We he came back, I asked him again saying I was sorry. Instead, he was brusque, rude and short with me. I told him this is one of those opportunities you can do good by helping someone who is down on their luck. When he continued to ignore me, I said, “Do you feel proud of yourself?’ He said, ” The more crap you give me, yes I feel more proud of myself.”

What an insensitive rude fucking prick. Of course he does not care, why should he? According to Transparent California this is what Deputy Sheriff Daniel Fabinski makes in a year:
Regular pay is: $79,315.85
Overtime pay: $7,425.31
Other pay: $1,000.00
Total pay: $87,741.16
Total benefits: $50,239.86
Total pay & benefits: $137,981.02
He is out to pad his ticket quota to add to his total pay and benefits. This was one of those times especially during the Holidays these entitled men with badges and guns who act like they are above the law can actually do some good will when their nation wide public image is at its lowest with the mistrust of civilians that has created the black lives matters movement, with their abuse of power. Obviously Deputy Fabinski does not believe in karma or paying it forward. Instead, he is proud he is complicating my life with an another financial expense when I have hit hard times.

My experience and how I was spoke to by Deputy Fabinski clearly demonstrates that he lacks interpersonal skills, has a flare of arrogance, no integrity, a disregard to public trust and, moreover, shows no fairness and disrespectful when performing his job.
When I inquired about making an incident report of his disrespectful behavior towards me and wanted my statement put in his permanent personnel record, his boss told me it would not go into his file. Therefor, I am compelled to upload this legal audio recording of San Diego County Deputy Daniel Fabinski’s rude behavior and insensitive remark to me and this goes on his permanent record on the internet since; my documentation won’t go into his personnel file.
My ticket will cost $239.00 or $291.00 if I request traffic school. I am homeless and sleeping in my car and still without a job. This is a huge financial burden. All because of this insensitive fucking asshole Daniel Fabinski.
