FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda The news channel is a joint project between the British Sky Broadcasting Group (BSkyB) and Abu Dhabi Media Investment Company (ADMIC). The channel’s newsroom is in Abu Dhabi and it will broadcast free-to-air across multiple platforms including TV, mobile, and tablet. Sky News Arabia will also be available online.
In 1990, BSkyB was formed by the equal merger of Sky Television, set up by media mogul Rupert Murdoch in 1989, and British Satellite Broadcasting.
Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation currently has a 39.1% stake in BSkyB and Murdoch’s plans to take full control of BSkyB failed after investigations into the phone hacking scandal forced him to shut down his British tabloid, the News of the World.
“I believe that from tonight at 8:00pm viewers across the Middle East and North Africa will experience a new standard for consuming news in the region,” said chairman of Sky News Arabia, Sultan Al Jaber.
John Ryley, head of Sky News based in London, said Sky News Arabia would follow the same major principles as Sky News, though it would not be “a direct replica” of it. Sky News says its new Arabic channel will bring news to 50 million homes across the Middle East and North Africa.
