Couple of places to start learning for those tired of being slaves.

UNITED STATES, or United States is a corporation, not a government.

In 1871 US/DC incorporated.
A corporation can not be a government, and a government can not be a corporation.
The 13th amendment took ownership of African slaves from private ownership and made them property of US/DC.
The 14th amendment set up a status of US citizenship where all Americans unless they opted out were considered property of US/DC where the no one has constitutional rights under the Republic.
Remember under the Republic, the constitution does not give anyone rights, it only Guarantees and protects God Given Rights of free men, living souls.
There are two constitutions and the constitution of the United States, which is not the same thing as the United States of America, is not the same thing or document as the constitution of the United States of America.
The constitution of the UNITED STATES, the corporation does not recognize God Given Rights, and sees no American as a free man or woman, but as property of the corporation.
Some history on state lands.
East of the Mississippi when a territory would become a state, DC would have them sign over all their public lands to the USA.
After the state became a state the lands were signed back over to the new states.
This was done so the USA could make legal claim on the lands.
West of the Mississippi and after the later yankee war where the revolutionaries Volunteer Union was killed, the US had the public lands signed over to the US, and just kept them illegally.
The public lands in the Western states the US claims are really the property of the individual states.
The US is just illegally holding them as “federal” property.
There is one place which is different from all the rest.
The Occupied Illegally Republic of Texas.
When the Republic of Texas applied to become a state in 1847, the USA told Texas to sign over all their public lands to the USA.
The Republic told the USA to go have sex with themselves.
The Republic of Texas became a state of the USA without the USA EVER having any claim of ownership of the Republic’s public lands.
In 1860, the Republic of Texas seceded from the USA and joined with six other former states of the USA to form the Confederate States of America.
Secession was not illegal under the constitution of the USA, and the constitution gave the fed no rights to force any state to remain in the union.
So when the war criminal yankees invaded the Confederacy, gang raped children, pregnant women, minister’s daughters, often to death, burnt old folks in their homes, stole everything,
to force the Southern countries back into DC’s union, no one can claim that is a volunteer union and if it is not a volunteer union it can not be the volunteer union of the American Revolutionaries.
All the former states of the Confederacy have been illegally occupied by the US for 158 years and counting.
But the Occupied Republic of Texas is unique in the USA nor the US has NEVER had legal ownership of one inch of Texas.
Legal Axiom:

The US can not illegally in a war crime use terrorism against civilians to take possession of the Republic of Texas, install a puppet administrative sub corporation in Austin, and EVER have that sub corporation known as ‘THE STATE OF TEXAS’ be a legal government of the Occupied Illegally and Militarily in a War Crime for 158 years and counting, Republic of Texas.
Therefore, I am a Republic of Texas National, not a US citizen of the US Corporation, a slave or property of the US corporation with civil rights under the 14th amendment.
As long as the US corporation illegally occupies Texas and claims dominion over Texas, I identify for their purposes under the 14th amendment as an American or Texican National Non Resident alien with God Given Rights Guaranteed under the Constitution of the United States of America.
I do not vote in the Corporation’s illusions of elections.
I recognize no power over me than the Creator God.
My rights come from God, and no corporation has the legal or moral right to try to take my God Given rights away.
I hold my home and land under Allodial title dating back to a 1841 Republic of Texas Land Grant which transferred ALL rights, privileges, fees, to the land grantee, his heirs, or assignees FOREVER.
As a hereditary Royal, a direct lineal descendant of Royal Bloodlines of Roman Emperors, Merovingian Frankish kings, Charlemagne and the Holy Roman Emperors, Kings of Leon and Castile, Capet Kings, Irish Kings, pre-Norman English Kings, Welsh Kings, Scottish Kings, Norman Kings of England, Plantagenet Kings, Kings of Denmark, Norway and Sweden, the great grandson of the Grand Master of the Knights Templar during the 3ed Crusade, great grandson of the 17 of the 25 Ensurers of the Magna Carta who have living prodigy, great grandson of several men who served under my 2nd cousin George Washington during the American Revolution for Freedom from Britain, I declared my Alodial Land to be the Kingdom of Carleton and I King John de Carleton am the Sovereign of my Kingdom.

USA, US, nor ‘THE STATE OF TEXAS’ has NEVER had any legal title or rights to my Alodial land.
The Republic of Texas did not reserve any rights for itself on my land.
I am an assignee.

That said as long as the US tries to claim any jurisdiction on the Occupied Republic of Texas, I am not a Citizen (property) of the US Corporation, but a Texican, a National Non Resident Alien where the US is concerned which retains his God Given Rights under the Constitution of the United States of America Republic, which my 2nd cousin was the President of the Constitutional Convention which hammered out the United States of America Republic’s Constitution.
But you do not have to have a pedigree like mine to own yourself.
Every Human has God Given Rights, and under the Constitution of the United States of America republic, those God Given Rights are guaranteed.
But the child raping evil sons of bitches and slimy cunts from Sodom & Gomorrah on the Potomac running the US citizen scam for the corporation are some sneaky bastards and bitches.

If you are going to take these bastards on, I would suggest getting some older legal dictionaries as legalize is not the same language as regular current English.
Any legal dictionary past about 1970 has been adulterated so much one is best to get editions before that date.
