Talks by Holocaust survivors will resume in the Sydney Jewish Museum over the summer period.
Survivors will give ticketed talks on Tuesdays and Thursdays in December and January as well as survivors on the floor of the museum talking to visitors on Wednesdays in January.
Survivor talks in the museum have been put on hold for more than 6 months due to COVID-19.
During this time, the museum ran its Pen Pal Project and eased into talks on Zoom. However, there is nothing more powerful than being able to actually meet a survivor. Survivors are the number one thing visitors come to see, and their stories are inspiring, and also give a lot of perspectives right now.
