After William Celli was taken into custody, the police searched his home and found “one suspicious device” which was detonated by the bomb squad.

Celli was booked at Contra Costa County jail on charges of possessing and IED and making criminal threats.

According to Celli’s Facebook page , he was in support of Trump, calling him a “great man” and promising to “follow this MAN to the end of the world.”

Celli also said on social media that there is an “invasion” of “illegals” and because of this he “lost 30%” of his business “to Hispanics coming to” the US “under false pretenses”. He said Mexicans are “freeload[ing]” and “need to go back home”.

Trump’s most dangerous fan is being held on $525,000 bail. He is considered a threat after he promised violence against “members of the Islamic Society of West Contra Costa County in Richmond”.

The fuel of hatred caused by Donald Trump’s Islamophobic campaign strategy goes back a long way.

For example, in 2011 while speaking with David Brody and the Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN), Trump said that there is a Muslim problem in the US and it is our political correctness that is causing our country to “fall apart”.

Tensions heightened when Trump told a reporter in November that he was not opposed to setting up a Muslim registry, but didn’t given an affirmative “yes” that he wanted to create a database for Islamic followers.

The very next day Trump said that “there should be a lot of systems” in place to track Muslims. He suggested that this is “beyond databases”.

Trump took to Twitter to clarify his stance: “I didn’t suggest a database — a reporter did. We must defeat Islamic terrorism & have surveillance, including a watch list, to protect America.”

Later on Fox News, Trump reiterated his stance on the idea of a Muslim database: “Basically the suggestion was made and (it’s) certainly something we should start thinking about. But what I want is a watch list. I want surveillance programs. Obviously, there are a lot of problems. … But, certainly, I would want to have a database for the refugees, for the Syrian refugees that are coming in because nobody knows where they’re coming from.”

Since this back and forth, Trump has stood on his opinion that “we can be politically correct and say there is no problem whatsoever, but the fact is, there is a problem with some and it’s a very severe problem and it’s a problem that’s taking place all over the world.”
