Whoopi’s Birthing Rant Livens Up ‘The View’ (VIDEO)

Any excuse will do to get the ladies of “The View” to re-enact the moment they gave birth.

OK, so we’ve never seen them do that before, but still! The women could not wait to get off the Hot Topic they were ostensibly discussing on Tuesday (that would be some random thing that happened on Bristol Palin’s reality show, which — wait, she has a reality show?) and onto the far more interesting stories of their pregnancies.

First, Joy talked about how she was stuck in a Volkswagen with her husband and her newborn, and that was that. Then, Elisabeth said that she didn’t see why men had to be in the room with the woman if they didn’t want to be there.

“I didn’t want to be in that room!” Whoopi cried. Then she stuck one leg up on the table. “This head emerged and then this body, and I was like ‘put it back! I don’t want that!’ I thought it was going to be cute and clean when it came out. It was covered in stuff!”

“I didn’t see anything, I was out,” Joy Behar said.

“I was wide awake and pissed!” Whoopi exclaimed. Oh, did we mention that, all this time, Elisabeth had crouched in front of Whoopi like she was delivering the baby? Yeah, it was that kind of day on “The View.”
