WEST ALLIS, Wis. — The investigation into 11 of the violent incidents on the opening night of the Wisconsin State Fair last week has resulted in the arrest of an African American teen who reportedly told investigators he targeted whites.

Police said he told investigators he chose whites because he considered them “easy targets.”

well apparently they caught one kid, but what about all the rest? and i’m glad to see this treated as a hate crime and not given to the double standard. i disagree with those who don’t approve of bias attack legislation. yes, crime is crime BUT when someone is the victim of a crime solely based on their race or orientation then a harsher penalty needs to be rendered. i live in nyc and while not as bad as it used to be, there used to be thugs that would just go down to the west village and beat on gays simply because they were gay. this is the definition of hate and has nothing to do with “random” criminal activity. likewise, these black youths were targeting white people because they were white; i.e. total bias/hate attack. the penalty needs to be harsher to fit the crime.

Dark-Skinned blacks don’t just target white people. I’m light-Skinned living in Mississippi where the black population are mostly dark skinned. I don’t have problems with these thugs anymore since I can now have a CCL and I’m not afraid to shoot one of them. And mostly everyone in the state is armed. Democrat controlled states has so many gun laws that the average citizen can’t protect themselves. Thugs know and that’s why they do what they do.
