Zarif thanks Norway for cooperation on JCPOA implementation

Tehran, Jan 20, IRNA – Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif on Wednesday thanked Norway for cooperation on implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

Zarif made the remarks in a meeting with his Norwegian counterpart Borge Brende on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos.
Zarif and Norwegian Foreign Minister Borge Brende discussed bilateral ties and regional and international issues.
Zarif and Brende explored opportunities ahead for expansion of economic and commercial relations.
The Norwegian Foreign Minister, voicing his country’s willingness for expansion of relations with Iran, expressed hope that more serious steps will be taken in that connection.
The two sides also exchanged views on regional and international developments.
