FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda The request was filed on Monday by George Zimmerman’s defense lawyer Mark O’Mara who cited a possible conflict of interest in the case after Circuit Judge Jessica Recksiedler announced that her husband works with a legal television analyst at the CNN, Reuters reported.
Co-worker of Recksiedler’s husband, Mark Nejame, is the attorney that recommended O’Mara to Zimmerman, through a friend.
Zimmerman killed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin on February 26. The killing sparked a wave of demonstrations across the US and revived concerns among the public over the matter of hate crime.
Zimmerman was charged with second degree murder on April 11. The charge carries a maximum sentence of life in prison.
Many in the US questioned the motives behind the killing, saying the shooting was racially motivated.
The issue of hate crimes is one of the most controversial topics in the Unites States.
According to a recent report by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, hate crimes target African-Americans in 70 percent of race-based cases.
