I don’t really understand what spambots are…well, I kind of understand what they are, but I don’t understand why they can never seem to form real sentences when they always seem to be attempting to.
This makes spam easily identifiable, because the wording is always garbled one way or the other, no matter how close they come to making sense.
Somebody obviously programs these things in a vain attempt to make them look like believable messages, frequently adding in popular topics to try and lure people in. For example, if Obamacare is a hot topic, you might see a lot of spam incoherently going on about Obamacare.
Well lately I have been getting what seems to be anti-Semitic spam, which is pretty hilarious, and has to be a good sign.
These two are from today. It’s possible that the first one is from someone who’s just not very good at English, but I doubt it, and the second one is definitely a spambot.
