SAN ANTONIO — For years, national security experts have warned that Mexico’s drug violence could send a wave of refugees fleeing to the United States. Now, the refugees are arriving — and they are driving BMWs and snapping up half-million-dollar homes.

Tens of thousands of well-off Mexicans have moved north of the border in a quiet exodus over the past few years, according to local officials, border experts and demographers. Unlike the much larger population of illegal immigrants, they are being warmly welcomed

“It goes counter to the conventional wisdom about the Mexican presence in the United States,” San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro said. The influx “is positive, it is entrepreneurial . . . and one of the keys to a very successful growing city like San Antonio.”

    The fault is not due to just “Mexicans” or Hispanics – It’s fault is found because of the government; FDA.

    In all fairness- some mexicans are trying to flee to the united states in fear of thier lives, some seek fredoom from what used to be a communist country.

    If you want your freedom – their is a strict code that the us government needs to follow; including immigration.

    That Being said: PROBATIONARY PERIOD- in order to accuire citizenship in america.

    Background; state and federal; and international anti- tarrif and terroristism act that on an international background check watched by interpool.

    You will be required in part- including application of the state; and cannot move: change of state recidency.

    The jurisdictions of government

    Probationary period:

    That until you’ve been granted legal citizenship; and overseen by the federal government to prevent abuse of representations.

    Those Applicants Seeking Amnesty!!

    The Immigration Policy:

    An required Immigration Tax for 3-5 yrs “until” the satisfy’s the citizenship status approved by the state of it’s applied residency; and the federal judge granting the pardon for american citizenship has been acknowledged.

    Why?

    The Immigration Naturalization Tax?

    The Programs paid by the applicant; education; and health care; and relocation expenditures if life threatend , etc.

    That it should not be a tax burden state and fedeal tax payers; causing financail legal and tax detriment to the system we have in place as american tax paying citizens.

    THESE PROGRAMS Are Not Free!!

    It’s costing bilions of dollars every year in financial aide; and helath care; supplemented income and welfare assistance.

    The one word phrase?

    “LEGAL”

    By all due process of the state and federal laws; STATE SPONSORSHIP- and regulations set in place by the laws of it’s governed jurisdictions.
