Road Rage Cop Pulls Guy Over for Flipping Him Off

This video was submitted via our Submit Page by John Hinote

“I was exiting the highway on the off ram0 and trying to turn left onto a 4 lane causeway. I wasn’t moving fast enough for a Prichard police officer who was in Spanish Fort which is a different city in a different county. He blared his horn and shouted something at me, so I flipped him off. He then proceeding to pull me over OUTSIDE his jurisdiction.”

The video starts with John recognizing that the officer is from another jurisdiction.  The officer asks “what gives you the right to flip me off on the interstate?”.  John replies that the supreme court has ruled the middle finger to be a legal expression of free speech, then the officer says “oh oh… let me see your identification.”  John never identifies and the officer eventually tells him he will receive a ticket in the mail.  What do you think of this interaction, did John do the right thing by standing his ground?
