5-month-old-girl Bnei Brak Israel girl dies of SIDS while at babysitter

A baby girl being cared for at a babysitting service suddenly died, according to emergency workers in Bnei Brak, Israel.
Emergency workers in the Israeli city of Bnei Brak received a call yesterday about an unconscious baby located on Mimon Street.
Rescue workers who arrived at the scene began performing CPR. Fifteen minutes later, the little girl was taken to the hospital while rescue workers continued performing CPR, in critical condition, but once they reached the hospital, doctors confirmed her death.
The babysitter told rescue workers that the little girl was sleeping on her stomach and when she tried to wake her up she realized that the baby’s skin color was very white, so she immediately called for help.
Avi Feldman, who is a senior manager of the Bnei Brak area rescue services, said: “According to the initial investigation, the caretaker put the baby to sleep with the other girls. At lunchtime the caretaker was horrified to see that the girl was unconscious.
Doctors tried to save the life of the little girl and carried out CPR, but unfortunately, the little girl was taken to hospital, where doctors had determined her death.”
