A five-year-old girl is in a critical condition following a serious crash on the NSW far north coast.
The girl was a passenger in a car that veered onto the wrong side of the Pacific Highway this afternoon and hit a tree.
She was thrown onto the road and was flown to Lismore Base Hospital in a critical condition.
The 49-year-old woman driving the car and another passenger, an eight-year-old boy, have also been taken to hospital.
