I have spent some time trying to figure out how this wonderful transformer bench into see-saw works.

The legs are clearly part of the bench, they are not pivoting from one position to the other. So it appears that it somehow comes apart and reconnects end to end. Then the seat and the handles pivot out. I wonder how long it takes to reassemble.
