Two men armed with a rifle and a machete have robbed a bottle shop in Sydney’s west.
The pair burst into the shop in Rooty Hill Road North, at Plumpton, about 7.30pm (AEST) on Wednesday and threatened a female worker and a customer.
The woman gave them cash from the register and the customer was forced to hand over a wallet.
The police dog squad searched the area after the robbers fled but could not locate them.
