Australia: Resources, energy stocks push market up
AAP – The Australian share market bounced back to close almost one per cent higher, boosted by firmer resource and energy stocks. At the close on Monday, the benchmark SP/ASX200 index was up 38.8 points, or 0.96 per cent, at 4,068.0. The broader All Ordinaries index was up 39.0 points, or 0.96 per cent, at 4,120.2. On the ASX 24, the June share price index futures contract was 37 points higher at 4,068 with 19,335 contracts traded. Read Article
