The Federal Government has a hunger for tax money, resources, and ammunition. We reported that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), led by Janet Napolitano, awarded munitions manufacturer a five year contract for 450 million rounds of .40 caliber ammunition, two years after awarding Winchester munitions a five year contract for 200 million rounds .40 caliber ammunition.
This last Friday, DHS officials have put a bid out for even more ammunition, this time for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC).
The FLETC is headquartered at Glynco, Ga., near the port city of Brunswick, halfway between Savannah, Ga., and Jacksonville, Fla. and operates two other residential training sites in Artesia, N.M., and Charleston, S.C. However, The FLETC has oversight and program management responsibilities at the International Law Enforcement Academies (ILEA) in Gaborone, Botswana, and Bangkok, Thailand. The FLETC also supports training at other ILEAs in Hungary and El Salvador.
The ammunition requested will be sent to the Artesia site.
According to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, the following ammunition is to be delivered by the middle of May:

009 .30-30 winchester, 150 grains soft point 100 EA
010 12 GA, # 8 bird shot 400 EA
011 .30-06, 168 grains match 500 EA
These caliber types are consistent with a variety of handguns and rifle, as if they were familiarizing new shooters on a variety of weapons, from .22 caliber to the 12 gauge shotgun, up to 100 rounds of 44 magnum ammunition.
It almost seems they are training “personnel” on how to use weapons that would be in most people’s homes.
Regardless of the reason, if asked they will never tell us the truth and this all falls under the umbrella of “National Security”.

This is no joke folks and it should be a wake up call. This isn’t something that might happen – it IS in their play book, and they are now in training camp making final preparations. The foreign assets will be made up of many nations, and the use of thousands of US private contractors and US military. Give Glory to God – Praise the Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ – nuf said PS, Lock n’ Load… Actually, you should already be locked and loaded……

The weapons in most people homes would be chambered in .22LR 12 Ga, 5.56/.223, 7.62×39 and 7.62x54r
.270 and 30.06 also.
The quantities are too small for live-fire training of any sizeable group. I’d guess this is more about familiarization of non-military hardware as the author suggests, but that’s just a guess.
Or maybe they are planning to infiltrate some local volunteer organizations and don’t want to look too official in doing so. Maybe befriend someone, work their ego, give them some traceable ammo and urge them to action…then BUST their ass as soon as they fire a practice shot.

The order for “002 .308 175 grains match boat tail hollow point (BTHP) 1000 EA” – is an order for standard SNIPER rounds.
They anticipate going after at least 1000 people (one shot, one kill) with these. This is about ASSASSINATION, people. The U.S. Military switched from the 168 gr. Match HPBT to the 175 gr. Match HPBT because the additional mass keeps it stable out to 1,000 yards – better than the 168 gr. version, thus maintaining supersonic flight – and accuracy the 168 gr. round will not deliver. The 190 gr. version is just a little too heavy and causes a bit more recoil and wear on the rifle, so the 175 is the standard sniper round for the .308 caliber sniper rifle today.
Think about that.
It’s not too difficult to look around and figure the places that a sniper is likely to
set up shop. Just wait for them.
I know. I’ve run sniper/counter-sniper training exercises in my area. I may have my name on one of those 1,000 the DHS ordered, although I’d like to think that there are several thousand who are BETTER than myself who would tend to float to the top of the list over me. One never knows. It’s better to act “as if”.
There are many that are waiting under the radar … I’m not trained in
that stuff, but I’m smart enough to know where a sniper would be at.

If you mean China has already moved men into Canada, you’re pretty wrong there. First, China has to go through Alaska to get into Canada. Second, as neighbors we’re always mouthing eachother off. But when it comes down to it, we’re absolutely dependant on eachother. And no Canadian wants to be ruled by the Chinese. We will fight with America. Always suspected the cover stories of rabid Mexican cartel beheadings and the like south of the border in order to keep curious Americans from seeing things the troops and equipment. Wow! I wonder how much they’ve ordered? Ever since they ordered all of that .40cal ammo, every gun store I’ve been to (including Walmars) has an empty space on their shelves where all of the .40cal is supposed to be.
