Religious leaders are calling on Mayor Michael Bloomberg to reverse course and offer clergy a role in the ceremony commemorating the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center.

Rudy Washington, a deputy mayor in former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani’s administration, said he’s outraged. Mr. Washington organized an interfaith ceremony at Yankee Stadium shortly after the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.

“This is America, and to have a memorial service where there’s no prayer, this appears to be insanity to me,” said Mr. Washington, who has suffered severe medical problems connected to the time he spent at Ground Zero.

Why would anyone invite clergy to an un-holy thing? Why would anyone invite the first responders whom might have some questions as eye-witnesses? Who would anyone invite that knew the truth about something? Bring the ‘coca-cola’ and plenty of ‘pop corn’, because this is going to be a good one … and invite Glen Beck too, because I hear that he is over in Jerusalem teaching the Jews how to become more Jewish.
They don’t WANT the light of God or ‘Satya’ shining at that ceremony… pretty damn obvious why, too, IMHO
Okay then why not just allow only those people that actually had something to do with 9/11? Make sure Larry Silverstein gets a front row seat, right next to Cheney. You can fill in the rows behind with the likes of people that most likely knew about it but were more or less kept out of the limelight, you know, GWB, Rice and a short list of un-named others. Let’s not forget the evil doers that actually flpped the switch, they should get something akin to a standing ovation from the ones in attendance as they enter the ceremonies from Stage Right. Hell, might I suggest flying over a couple of F15′s and F16s just to keep up spirits, make sure they arrive late though, don’t want to give the wrong impression to what this has become, a shut out of first responders, and now clergy — when do we hear that victim’s family members are no longer welcome? You know, just keeping it geared at the ones that really deserve this celebration recognition ceremony of sorts.

  Just a couple of days ago I came across information that speaks of the WTC destruction as resulting from underground NUCLEAR detonations. Seems a good explanation as to why all the dust and why all the missing everything else, bodies, office furniture, the pile of 100 plus stories of broken steel and general junk, saying that these things turned to dust in mid-air and then in the case of the WTC-7 sank into a nuclear blast forrest and disappeared for most parts; in the case of the twin towers also turned to dust but due to the heights involved the heavy steel that remained above came crashing downwards to earth and dislodged the disturbed mass beneath sending the ‘dust’ in a thousand different directions as it too sank into the churning nuclear blast furnace that was created at time of underground detonation waiting to receive it (most of it) underneath the mass near basement level. Beneath that even. Makes some damn sense to me, it really does and I’ve figured that 9/11 was an inside job for about 5 or 6 years now. Something to consider, seriously. Even heard an explanation for what appears to be missile damage at the Pentagon from the outset yet laughablly turned into airplane damages that cut all the way through the reinforced wall and other inner rings of the Pentagon. With a round exit hole and a picture of a few dedicated folks carting away on their shoulders an item that was covered and otherwise hidden from view. Removing an object from a crime scene faster even that the steel removal from the WTC — considering the intense POOLS of melted metals that persisted for MONTHS afterwards. I suppose a nuclear reaction might well account for this alone.
