Drugs, hypnosis (including post-hypnotic control and states of amnesia), toxic substances and “endocrine and other ductless gland products” (these would include sex, stress, and growth hormones, and other natural chemicals that regulate the bodies activities), electroshock, electro-sleep, sonic and ultra-sonic waves, polygraphs, “hypno-spray” agents, and anything else which would appear “promising” are also on the list (page 117)…..For twenty five years at a cost of more than $25 Million CIA personnel searched for the key to control the mind. (page 103)
Comment: Not hard to see where endocrine production and ADRENOCHROME production would stem from. It is a direct outgrowth of CIA using endocrine chemicals from way back in the early 1950’s to control human behavior. In SECRET WEAPONS on Mind Controlled Assassins (MKULTRA’s) they would dose targets with Scopolamine & Demerol which would erase memories 6-8 hours prior, during, and 6-8 hours after dosing. The target would have no memories of what took place during this 12-16 hour time frame.
