At a recent speaking event, Janet Napolitano, the secretary of homeland security stated, “The U.S. has become ‘categorically safer’ since 9/11, but cyber-terrorism now tops the list of security concerns.”
Her view is shared by the Bipartisan Policy Center’s National Security Preparedness Group. “Ten years after the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, the nation faces a critical threat to its security from cyber-attacks,” the group asserts in a new report.
With its study, the group set about to determine the government’s progress in implementing security recommendations of the 9/11 Commission.

Oh really, based on what evidence? Before Missta Napolitano opens its mouth, people need something called facts. Facts would debunk the lies. There has always been cyber hacking and theft. It is the responsibility of the individual corporation or bank to take measures to go fully state-of-the-art to deter it. Even then there is no 100 percent guarantee. She knows this, however, she labels it “cyber terrorism”. What if it was called cyber msirorret? That would have a totally different impact and tone. They have to crank up the terrible terror machine. It makes people fraidy scared. What flunky computer consultant produced this alert? Like hello, hacking has been going on for decades. Recently there have been some massive database raids, so let the companies revise their encryptions and spend more money on firewalls. Duh, it is being done all over the place.
Recommendations were based on the 9/11 commission report as in toilet paper.
