He doesn’t hold the office of president. That office was dissolved in 33′ with the Emergency Banking Act. That’s why he doesn’t need to observe the Constitutional constraints of the office of president. Neither does the administration labled as “Congress” and, they know this and, they know you don’t know this.

uhh, nope. DC handed their CIA Mexican drug cartels over 30,000 weapons as they tell US the borders are more secure than ever.. and they are, for keeping Americans IN.
DC is spending like mad to beef up the Canadian border that we’ve never had a war with, who’s laws and language is predominantly the same as ours.
DC handed OUR national parks and reserves to the UN already, which is greater than the square mileage of the 9 smallest states combined.. and by its own contract DC is NOT a part of the US, so giving that land away isnt anything BUT theft by fraud.
