During a March 20 hearing in Salt Lake City, U.S. District Judge Clark Waddoups described as “astounding” the FBI’s claim that critical video of the 1995 Oklahoma City Bombing had simply gone “missing” – an assertion that buttresses attorney Jesse Trentadue’s belief that the Bureau has spared no effort to cover up critical facts about the atrocity.
Trentadue, whose brother Kenney was murdered by federal agents in Oklahoma shortly after the 1995 terrorist attack, filed a Freedom of Information Act request for surveillance video of Timothy McVeigh parking the truck bomb outside the Murrah Federal Building, and dashcam video of his arrest by a state trooper 90 minutes after the explosion. The FBI claims that these indispensable pieces of evidence regarding what was at the time the worst terrorist act in U.S. history have simply vanished in the tenebrous depths of an official warehouse, much like the Ark of the Covenant was at the end of the first Indiana Jones film. The attorney filed his first FOIA request in December 2006, and the Bureau has done its formidable best to ignore, mislead, misdirect, and otherwise obstruct efforts to produce the records, as it is required to by law.
“The FBI has submitted several declarations from its top records manager to show the agency has searched electronic databases and evidence warehouses without success,” reports the Deseret News of Salt Lake City. “But Waddoups said the declarations lack credibility because they do not include firsthand knowledge or details about who, when, where or how the searches were conducted.”

Domestic enemies and losers who have to lie, cheat, KILL, and steal to simulate “winning.” SOP for the FBI, so what else in new?
It was obvious there was a cover up from the beginning. If they wanted a manhunt to start they would have posted the tape on the air immediately looking for him. His handler most likely was working for the feds and they knew the whole thing that was going down. Possibly was bin laden himself. What is so strange is that they never even released a frame or photo from the whole thing. Like the missing aircraft that “hit” the pentagon. Every piece of evidence has a copy. Might not be the original, but there is a copy of it. If there was nothing to hide, it would be public.
Just with the limited amount of information available in this article it obvious the Dept of Justice murdered this poor guy so he could be used as a patsy in covering up the Agencies planning and execution of the OKC bombing. What is also important to note is that a large number of children who were murder and their voices silenced. Don’t forget this when it’s time to deal with this slime.
The Clinton’s set the bar for destroying evidence and then denying everything associated with it. It why they are not both in jail for life.
Like the Clinton’s, the people in charge at the FBI are part of the Rothschild Cartel’s crime syndicate. This is all part of the grand stage that is being set for “the man of lawlessness”, who will appear as the world’s savior after the financial and military crisis orchestrated by the Rothschild Cartel has prepared a desperate world for his arrival. He will be the one who signs the seven year peace covenant that saves the day. We could easily see this all happen in a year’s time. Oh Yeah, we are there people, believe it!
Well yeah duh, the FBI IS a CRIMINAL organization, just like the CIA, the DHS, the DEA, the BATF, the NSA, the FAA, the FTC, the FCC,the EPA,the FDA, the USDA, the IRS, M16 and Mossod and many others. The criminals have gotten control of EVERYTHING! That’s why they’re finally making their move against us. The only people they haven’t gotten control of are a few scattered clueless remnents of our past government which hadn’t been completely bought out by the globalists yet, and these few people left are simply ignored by the establishment. Their demnds are simply laughed atr because they no they can’t really do anything about it. Do you thing that id the shoe were on the other foot, they would accept a lame excuse like that? Hell no! If they were’nt given what they asked for, they will send a couple dozen armed agents to take what they want and murder you in the process, for daring to not comply.

I’d urge the FBI to give up fights like this and just come clean while they can, while Obama’s in office. Yes, there may have been a black ops team that made sure all of the original evidence disappeared, so that any youngsters coming into the agency behind them couldn’t expose them later. But the time to continue covering up? They just don’t have it.
I personally know about other crimes that need their time, as in right now, and I’m just going to come out and say it right here. One of the predators who has stalked me — across state lines — in the past was reported to them, by me, in 2001 and several times since then. I’m pretty sure the same man is one of several responsible for the abduction and murder of a girl in Virginia in 2009 because I SAW HIM THERE THAT NIGHT in incriminating circumstances. They have the license tag of his car and everything. I’m also pretty sure he’ll kill again if somebody doesn’t make the effort to arrest him. And how many bodies has he already put in the woods?
The worst part is, there are others out there even worse than him — and they have time and money for black ops???? I don’t think so!!!
I would be very surprised to hear and learn that any of this evidence still exists.
In all likelyhood all of it was distroyed, just like they did with the tape recordings of air traffic controllers the day of 9/11 and just like they did with torture videos from Abu Gareb, all to protect the innocent.
Someone knew where they went, knew where they were stored and locked away and one of those someone’s took the recordings and distroyed the evidence, as if they are our vigial anti keepers, in our best interest and in their scumball mind.
There will come a day when everyone wants the truth and because of assholes like the one’s we are dealing with, humanity has been deprived of that truth. That’s as bad as christian archeologists distroying real fossil evidence that proves they are wrong, because they know it’s a test from God and distroying the evidence proves their faith, to the salvation of humanity in Jesus’s name amen.

It sure is high time a judge made a proper ruling in the OK City Bombing. What a pathetic commentary on the FBI. They confiscate and hide all evidentce and video tapes. FBI did the same thing on 911. What the fuck do the FBI serve as, the shovel brigade and intimidaters to COVER UP MASS CRIMES? There are loads of excellent FBI field agents. If I were President, the first thing I would do is fire Mueller. I don’t have any concept of how he can look at himself in the damn mirror.
What was it a few weeks ago when he refused to give a clear answer on the NDAA before Congress? He is looking worse than some former KGB heads. This is the United States. This is a totally excellent ruling.
