Republican governors are planning to ignore the Supreme Court’s decision Thursday to uphold Obamacare hoping that the issue will drive voters to dump President Obama in favor of Mitt Romney who has vowed to kill the Affordable Care Act.

After the decision, the Republican Governors Association said that nothing should be done by the states until after the election, a clear signal that they believe a GOP president, House and Senate will kill the health care reform pushed through by Democrats and opposed by Republicans.

RGA Chairman Bob McDonnell said, “Today’s ruling crystallizes all that’s at stake in November’s election. The only way to stop Barack Obama’s budget-busting health care takeover is by electing a new president. Barack Obama’s health care takeover encapsulates his presidency: Obamacare increases taxes, grows the size of government and puts bureaucrats over patients while doing nothing to improve the economy.”

  1. Romney will NEVER repeal the health care act. His marching orders come from the top, not the people. Nullification by the states is our best fight. We need another Civil War. The tree must be shaken to get the bad leaves out. God help us!

“”Nullification by the states is our best fight.” Agreed. Repeal 17th Amendment too.

“The passing of the seventeenth amendment undermined Madison’s original intent. As a result, states legislatures lost their representative at the federal level, congress has created many federal government agencies that impose extra costs on state governments. Congress has also passed legislation which diminishes the power of the states. This would not be the case today if the states were properly represented in the law making process.

Thanks to the seventeenth amendment, the states lost much power. As James Madison said in Federalist No. 45, “The powers delegated by the proposed constitution to the federal government, are few and defined. Those which are to remain to the state governments, are numerous and indefinite.” In the end, if the seventeenth amendment had never been ratified then one could rightfully conclude that the federal government would be much smaller today relative to its current size.” TW Web

    John

Of course he won’t repeal it. He wrote it with the insurance companies. That is a matter of record too.

  2. Absolutely correct, Locke.

As far as I can tell, every state governor is litmus-tested globalist on a very short leash. Resistance will have to come from the bottom.

  3. Romney is full of crap but we all know that here. Yet the sheeple will fall for it because they are loser scum. Unfortunately the IRS will just blow right through any state Governor inaction.

  4. More lip service. The governors of the states who opposed have the plan already inplace to go active with the Tax. Typical lies that “Susperm” court ruling upheld.

  5. Finally some Republicans are stepping up to the big government. We need our elected leaders to reject the federal government spending. Tell them all to send back their social security checks. That is the first step to rejecting big government. I hope these Republican Governors publicly announce they will reject all social security checks from entering their state.

Republican governors should just stop taking all Federal money. That will send a clear message.

  6. Mitty is going to do what ? …come-on tell me what little wittle mitty gonna do, he’s gonna sit down and lose his ass to Ron Paul, that’s what’s going to happen !!!

    Ron Paul 2012 !!!!

  7. The hits just keep on coming. What a perfect plan. Romeny is going to eliminate most all health care help and support and Obama is going to make everyone pay weather they like it or not.
The plot thickens and it’s business as usual.

  8. The governors are compensated using the Public National Credit System.
They are not paid in gold or silver coin.
The paper money system has rules.
The Federal U.S. Congress granted the franchise rights to the Federal Reserve corporation, to issue the fiat currency.
And the Congress can change the rules.
It’s monopoly money they could put Mickey Mouse’s picture on the twenty dollar bill if the U.S. Congress wanted to.
They could put cartoon characters pictures on all the paper notes.

When people were paid in gold and silver coin prior to 1933 the U.S. Government could not controll the economy like they do today.
The Governors have no say in how the Public National Credit System is run.

  9. oBaMACARE= MACABRE Oa;Oa= Guardians of the Universe (DC Comics); The Guardians Originated on Planet Maltus (Knights of Malta). Obamacare is a parody.

Obamacare presents Knights of Malta/macabre, which is a Christian military order formerly known as Knights of Rhodes, which BOTH practiced human ritual sacrifice and are connected with the Mormon church. The current battery of sacrifice rituals involve necromancy, child sacrifice, the child sacrifice debauchery ritual and ritual human sacrifice to appease their BDSM/pedophile corporate affiliates and special interests.

Good fucking luck, America. As of June 28, 2012 you are officially the seat of government of a world Drac culture.

  10. States could kick all irs agents out of their state if they deemed them illegal and detrimental to the well being of the public which they are. the irs has no legal enforcement powers. they did when they were part of the atf which does. when they separated from the atf they became just a beuracracy. so its illegal for irs agents to arrest, sieze property or carry firearms and threaten citizens with them. read the federal mafia and youll learn much more. the problem as we know is there arent any descent federal judges or prosecutors that will uphold the law because they like their check too much.

  11. Hounds to the hunters

  12. it s time to draw the line. an offensive warfare is the only one that can win. the longer we wait the more intrusive the enemy will be. just look at Libya and Syria to know what is coming.

No shit! Our troubled waters was to have been a border insurgency lofted by CIA promoted paramilitary organizations Zetas and Sinaloa.

  13. I ignore every aspect of the federal government. Fuck them!

  14. glad to see some governors choosing what I’m doing as well 😉
I choose non-compliance due to extreme douchbaggery of their “system” getting even more douchebaggery now.
Let me know how that goes 😉

Ben Bernanke…..We’re coming for your criminal ass now!!
