Illegal Alien Rapist-Killer of 11-Year-Old Girl Had Help Traveling into the Country: Biden Airlines

Reporting that his former roommates speculated that he must have had “some help” to get to Louisiana after allegedly killing Maria Gonzalez because he did not own a vehicle, KHOU-11 reporter Mia Gradney in a “New Details Revealed” segment on the rape and murder of 11-year-old does not mention other “help” the suspect had. As soon as he illegally crossed the border at El Paso, Biden’s official border policy gave him plane tickets, courtesy of Biden’s HHS, to get to Louisiana the first time.

Gradney reports she spoke to the former roommates who said “”Somebody must have been helping him because he made it to Louisiana without owning a vehicle…” after the murder.

HHS whistleblower Tara Lee Rodas revealed last year that unaccompanied minors – Garcia-Rodriguez was 17 at the time he crossed the border in January 2023 and is now 18 – are flown to any destination in the US where they say they have a “sponsor”- usually family – on what should be called Biden Airlines. Biden Airlines is the new enterprise established after Biden took office, which did away with background checks, criminal record checks, and DNA tests to determine if a “sponsor” was actually related.

Rodas was explaining how the policy made the Biden administration “the middleman” between the cartels and child sex trafficking operations in the US. But the policy apparently has the additional nation-destroying effect of smoothing the way for young super-predators, to borrow a phrase from, of all people, Biden confidante Hillary Clinton.

The NY Post reported:

“He entered the United States through El Paso in January, self-surrendering to border officers before being handed papers and let loose into the country, Department of Homeland Security sources told NewsNation.”

“Let loose into the country meant being flown at taxpayer expense to Baton Rouge.

KHOU News Houston said:

“[Pasadena, Texas Police Chief Josh] Bruegger said Garcia-Rodriguez is Guatemalan who is in the U.S. illegally. Earlier this year, he was apprehended by U.S. Customs and Border Protection before he was released to sponsors in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. “

The Tennessee Star reports Rodas said in an interview in December 2022:

““The tax dollars of people who are listening are paying to put children in the hands of criminals…We fly that product directly to the trafficker.”

The number of unaccompanied minors of Garcia-Rodriguez’s profile, of gang age, possibly with serious criminal records, has swelled from 33,000 in fiscal year 2020 to triple and quadruple that per fiscal year since Biden took office, according to Customs and Border Protection (CBP) statistics reported by Fox News.

The carelessness of the alleged killer’s disposal of the body and the audacity of the crime speaks to the level of lawlessness in Guatemala, where a predator may reasonably expect to get away with such a crime if he moved fast enough and far enough. He might have had enough time to flee to Mexico and lawless regions south but for the fatal error of leaving his key in the apartment.

Now thanks to Biden’s Open Borders and Biden Airlines, the US may be full of predators with the same mindset.

So far the party in opposition to Biden’s border policy, the GOP, has said nothing about the case, despite years of warning that the policy was inviting just this kind of security threat (see next article below.)

The alleged rapist and killer of an 11-year-old girl in a suburb of Houston, who was captured in Louisiana over the weekend, is a beneficiary of Joe Biden’s “catch and release” open border policy, which releases illegal border crossers into the US freely. The HHS policy pays to fly unaccompanied minors under age 18 to any destination in the US where someone claims to be a “sponsor.” Biden’s policy also did away with background and criminal record checks.

But despite arguably the most horrific fallout of the Biden policies, GOP congressmen and senators have adopted a posture of silence.

The NY Post reports:

The suspect, Juan Carlos Garcia-Rodriguez, was 17 at the time he crossed the border in January, and is now 18. Older unaccompanied minors may be of gang age or have serious criminal records.

By “self-surrendering,” older minor illegal border crossers avail themselves of food, shelter, and papers from HHS, with no investigation or background checks. They then are flown at US taxpayer expense to any destination in the country where they say they have a “sponsor.”

In April of 2023 HHS whistleblower Tara Lee Rodas testified before the US House Judiciary Committee that current policy is for HHS to pay for by flight or bus tickets for unaccompanied minors into the interior of the country.

Much of the media has referred to the suspect as a “migrant,” neglecting to report that he is one of the wave of illegal border crossers who came after Biden announced “catch and release.”

“According to Customs and Border Protection (CBP) statistics, the number of unaccompanied alien children (UACs) who arrive at the border has swelled from 33,239 in fiscal year 2020 to more than 146,000 in fiscal year 2021 and 152,000 in fiscal year 2022. So far in fiscal year 2023, there have been more than 70,000 encounters of UACs.”

KHOU News Houston reports that Pasadena, Texas Police Chief Josh Bruegger confirmed that Juan Carlos Garcia-Rodriguez illegally crossed the border from Guatemala in January 2023 and turned himself in to HHS, which then, as a matter of current policy, likely paid his way into the interior.

HHS whistleblower Tara Lee Rodas said the Biden policy, which was implemented soon after Biden was sworn in, has resulted in the Biden administration becoming the “middleman” for a now thriving child sex trafficking and child labor industry. Biden, says Rodas, also did away with DNA tests to ensure people claiming to be the “sponsors” of unaccompanied minors were actually related. Such testing was routine under Trump.

The Tennessee Star reports Rodas said in an interview in December 2022:

Rodas is a 19-year veteran of the federal government who was assigned to help HHS process unaccompanied migrant children at the Emergency Intake Site (EIS) in Pomona, California.

Congressional oversight of HHS is the responsibility of House Energy and Commerce Committee, chaired by Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA.)

Congressional Republicans show little appetite for political street fights over border or other policies, and confine themselves to press releases and tough talk. So far neither Biden nor any of his officials have suffered any political consequences for even such horrific end results of their policies, even though the GOP controls the House.

Maria Gonzalez was home in her apartment when she texted her father at work that someone was knocking on the door. Her father told her not to answer it. Later that day her sexually assaulted body was found under a bed. Police broke the case then they discovered a key in the apartment that belonged to Juan Carlos Garcia-Rodriguez.

KHOU-11 reports ““She was a sweet little girl, little angel,” a neighbor said.”

A public viewing service for Maria will be held on Wednesday, August 23, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Mundo Pentecostal located at 1008 S. Main Street in Pasadena, Texas.

In related news, an illegal alien sent to Western New York by Democratic Mayor Eric Adams has been charged with sexually assaulting a woman.
