JENIN, (PIC)– Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested the son of Yehya Zayud, a Hamas leader in Seelat al-Harthiya village in Jenin, at dawn Thursday.

Local sources said that the soldiers stormed the central market in Barta’a Al-Sharqiya village and burst into the shop where Hamza Yehya Zayud is working.

They said that the soldiers searched the shop then took away Hamza, adding that the soldiers launched a large-scale search campaign in the vicinity of the shop.

IOF soldiers raided two other nearby villages west of Jenin but made no arrests.
