Iran: IAEA inspectors will arrive in the country – Iran / USA: Can a war be prevented

The threats between the U.S. and Iran hold on. These threats have even increased within the recent weeks. Currently, both countries, US and Iran, are in a blind alley and it seems they cannot get out of this or are not willing to get out of this situation at the moment.

However, the Iranian government announced now, that they agree to the mission of the IAEA inspectors to come into their country. Moreover, the Iranian government shows readiness for new talks, but they also made it clear, that this won`t change their basic settings about the uranium enrichment of Iran.

Of course, the fact is that the dispute between the West and Iran seems a never ending story. Partly based on false facts and propaganda by both sides. It seems that Iran and the West have deadlocked themselves. Both sides seem willing to delay the war at least a little bit, even if the gestures of war are getting louder.

Of course, the international isolation of Iran is increasing and the same old game as they and we know it.

In the past two years, Israel has repeatedly called for a strike against the allegedly Iranian nuclear facilities, because the Israeli government feels threatened by Iran. Also the same hypocritically game as we know it.

It is hard to predict how real this threat to Israel by Iran is actually. After all, Israel is well armed and extremely well quipped. Not only with “normal” military weapons, but also with nuclear weapons and nuclear bombs.

Not to mention the US weapons which are stored in Israel – US weapons, which once already were useful for the Israeli government and army. The US is willing – thanks to AIPAC and other Lobbies and questionable interests.

It is just pure speculation how many nuclear weapons and nuclear bombs are stored (and also were manufactured) within Israel, because the Israeli government is keeping a low profile on this. Israel has an easy game on this.

By not ratifying the known and questionable Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, the Israeli government has no problems with IAEA inspectors. However, it is really debatable if this is useful to calm the situation within the entire Middle East.

The next IAEA inspectors will arrive in Iran before the end of this month. These IAEA inspectors are going to carry out their investigations. So far, the investigations of IAEA inspectors to Iran were never able to find real evidence, that the Iranian government is building nuclear weapons. It is a fact.

Nevertheless, already the small thought about a nuclear-armed Iran makes the West, especially the United States and Israel, more than just nervous. Before you risk something, you’d rather be safe than sorry. Whether the current dispute can be decreased again is questionable. It rather seems that the escalation becomes increasingly clear.

The attack plans by the U.S. against Iran are old and known. The recent threats by (Nobel peace laureate) U.S. president Barack Obama against the Iranian government and the surge in U.S. troops in the Gulf region clearly shows a U-turn in U.S. Foreign Policy. Although, some would rather call it a strategy, that finally becomes public.

One does not want to rely more on negotiations with Tehran and is now more and more convinced about his war plans. Whether these U.S. war plans are actually implemented, is questionable. Perhaps the question is only when these war plans are implemented by U.S. President Barack Obama.

The previously imposed sanctions on Iran are likely to harm the country more than the Iranian government admits. On the other hand, the Iranian government in Teheran knows about sanctions and not just since yesterday. They are used to sanctions, so to say.

The Iranian government has certainly found ways to limit the impact of sanctions, at least. But the newly announced sanctions would achieve a new level now, of course. They would harm the lifeblood of Iran. The sanctions, which affect the Iranian oil sector, are sanctions which harm the Iranian economy enormously.

That would have to be borne mainly by the population, of course. Sanctions always hit the population first. For example, the sanctions on Syria harm the Syrian population.

Maybe the U.S., UN and EU (European Union) have the same speculation about Iran as they shared with Syria. Maybe they think that the Iranian people can be persuaded to revolt against their Iranian government.

After all, the country is deeply divided. The same “game” they tried and still try with Syria.

It is absolutely good for the Iranian government in Tehran, that the Iranian population has a negative and critical attitude against America. Not baseless, finally. The U.S. administrations are to blame for. Despite all gaps and huge cracks, the Iranian population unites in their refusal of the way how the United States exports democracy and peace to the world and Middle East.

By spiking the U.S. troops in the Gulf, the Iranians are getting more skeptical. It is hard to say, whether the U.S. administration under Barack Obama will once more apart from a new war. However, one should hope for, because a war would not only destabilize the region, but also increase the U.S. troubles with China and Russia, that could lead into a real world war.

Also Syria is the tip the scales in these possible war games.

You don`t know what someone as Barack Obama really thinks and want. Some say he`s just a Bush in disguise.
