It Won’t Be An Accident: The Build Up to World War III

In Economic Apocalypse Goes Mainstream we opined that the financial, economic and political collapses occuring around the globe will eventually lead the industrialized nations of the world to war. The signs should already be apparent, especially in areas like the middle east, where the U.S. is vying for resource domination, monetary superiority and political control. As economies around the world implode, and citizens become more frustrated with their governments, things can quickly begin to spiral out of control domestically – regardless of whether you’re in the United States, China, Russia or Europe. As a result, politicians will do what they’ve done historically in such instances, which is to deflect responsibility (either out of fear or by design) from themselves onto others. Usually, this means leaders and citizens oceans away will get blamed for the malaise.

Aaron Hawkins of Storm Clouds Gathering provides some key insights into the many variables that will ultimately lead the world into perhaps the greatest war in history.

When playing chess the outcome of the game is usually determined in the early stages by the positions that are built up by each player even before the first pawn falls. These moves may seem innocuous to the untrained eye, but an experienced player can read the threats which grow and develop at each stage. They can see the traps which are being laid.

Right now, the nations of the world are organizing and positioning themselves – financially, diplomatically, and militarily – for a struggle which will alter the global power structure irrevocably.

It would be impossible to understand the economic collapse which is slowly unfolding, and the great war which wall almost certainly follow, without taking into account the stakes of this global chess game.

World War III is not going to be an accident. It will not be caused by an unfortunate chain events that the U.S. struggles to avoid. It is a goal, a specific objective that must be reached in order to force a cultural shift that the population would otherwise never accept. It is only from this context that the events unfolding in the world right now make any sense.

While we can’t predict exactly how or when such a war will take shape, it should be clear that game play on the grand chessboard is in full swing. The key players – which include national leaders and elite power brokers behind the scenes – are actively positioning their pieces, just as they did for the two decades preceding World War I and World War II.

Surviving economic collapse and political instability may be the least of our problems.

  1. Arab spring Iran vs Israel rise of China Russia NWO US war making polices all lead to WW3.

  2. I see the US/NATO pushing for a war with Iran, which may be the match to light WWIII. Some history:

Unocal proposed building the Trans-Afghanistan Pipeline to congress in 1998 to provide oil and natural gas to several Asian markets. Regardless of their stated intentions, they had to pull the ruling Taliban away from agreements they had with the Bridas Corp to convince them to sign on with Unocal instead (which eventually got backing from the US government). Enter Iran as the new kid on the block. They offered a pipeline to cross the southern part of Pakistan which would cover less harsh territory and cause far fewer tribal disputes over pumping oil and gas to India and Pakistan. Do you see a potential conflict here?

  3. all you religious zealot idiots are responsible for this problem. when half the world is sitting on its ass waiting for the mystical sky daddy to come down and fix all our problems for us, how are you supposed to make any difference in the world?

    • Well, we know for SURE you’re sitting on your ass typing out ignorant bigoted BS, blaming others for what you seem to think injures you personally.

I don’t know many religious people that sit around and wait. They are nearly always busy caring for the less fortunate, the ones that you have no time for.

Frankly, Chess makes a very poor comparison for the stage that we’re in. Chess/Go make better battlefield analogy. You see in Chess; there is no economic or resource allocation components while there is also no diplomatic relations of any kind in these games.
I think that “Diplomacy” is much more apt of an analogy as supply centers dually act as economic and manufacturing components, and there is of course the diplomatic component that is heavily embedded in the game based on geopolitical deception and intrique. Not to mention, there’s retreats and the aspect of building rather than simply being destroyed in Chess (I never really played Go, so I can’t really comment on it). In Diplomacy, the most critical phase is the negotiation stages of the game; this is where the other 6+ (depending on the variant) attempts to convince you into a form of policy and action that may or may not be sold to you as good in the long or short term. Then, you decide your moves for Spring and Fall, and the board’s situation dynamics with map dynamics start taking place. Unlike most games, Diplomacy includes choke points where units can control for supportive or to attack. Diplomacy was created and manufactured in the 1950′s, and I’ve learned is actually Henry Kissinger’s favorite hobby, which is ironic because his career is in foreign relations.
Then, there’s the more modern video game of “Civilization” that possesses a very toned down form of diplomatic relations, but focuses on economics, manufacturing, and technological development as well as more battlefield enhancement. Personally, one of my favorite diplomatic tools to conquer the world is to entice AI civilizations to fight wars amongst each other while I lean back and pursue my own interests. As the war advances, I pounce on the closest enemy (easiest to resupply) whose principle force was destroyed by my AI ally years earlier (kinda like an Arab Spring) to destablize the region to expose the nation to my expanding empire and large conquest force. Granted, AI civilizations get destroyed by other AI civs; I either convince them to target a neighboring target who I’ve already enticed into a war with a AI useful idoit, or I let the war unwind itself to reform the alliance structure of the next big war. The diplomatic strategy works quite well unless you the player allows yourself to become much weaker than the AI, which depends on the difficulty in how they react. As a general real, the harder difficulty makes the AI less war reserved, and they will pounce on you.
Neither Chess nor Go being 1 on 1 games is able to present an accurate analogy being conveyed in this article. I think that the combination of Diplomacy and Civilization are much more aptly accurate analogies here, and both games principle objective is and can be global conquest among AI/other players.
At the moment, the International trends here seems to be lopsided but forming. You see; the US is using NATO as a formed offensive alliance structure that since the fall of the Warsaw Pact hadn’t really been copied by an opposing coalition yet. Although the map board does certainly appear to be: NATO versus Russia, China, Iran, Pakistan, North Korea, Syria, Yemen, and a few others. At the moment, I would include India in an alliance with Russo-Sino’s alliance structure as well. Last year, India ceded parts of Kashmir to Chinese troops described as a result by US aggression in the region via Iraq, Afghanistan, and incursions into Pakistan. I had the article bookmarked by CNN, but I had lost it.

  5. In WWIII, the “Axis of Evil” will be Russia, China, and their surrogate nations like Iran and North Korea. The “Axis of the Righteous” will be, of course, the U.S., U.K., Israel, and their surrogates like South Korea, France, etc.

  6. I believe that this collaspe will usher in the anti-christ or world dictator to bring control to the Nation’s economies. People or sheeple will surrender to anyone that will provide their needs. What we are seeing is the balance of power shifting from the US to China and Russia. Obama is losing traction in his power grab on the the US economy. A total crash is coming to this Nation, and to most of the other Nations as well. By the time the Fed is dismantled, it won’t matter, as the Nation of America will be dismantled as well. The Bible is true and its words are coming to life each day as a sign that Yeshua is coming. Zion lives!
