BELLEFONTE, Pa. — A newspaper says Joe Paterno’s will was ordered permanently sealed from public view along with all related court filings at the request of an attorney.
The paper says court officials could not determine Friday which judge ordered the will sealed. The judge who oversees the court system didn’t return messages, nor did the estate lawyer.
Paterno amassed a Division I record 409 victories at Penn State. He died in January at age 85, months after he was ousted following explosive sex abuse allegations against retired assistant Jerry Sandusky.
