Two men are on the run after holding up a golf club in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, police say.
The pair, wearing masks and armed with a handgun and a knife, approached the Randwick club’s manager in the car park about 10pm (AEST) on Thursday, just after he closed up for the night.
The men forced the manager inside the oceanfront club and demanded he open the safe.
No one was injured but the men escaped with a sum of cash, police said.
Officers and dogs searched the area following the incident.
