Editor’s Note: In six weeks the UN will be holding it’s annual climate junket and in an act of desperation, they are reaching out to the military for help in selling the threat. Officers in the UK military are now giving economic and science advice, attempting to equate the price of fuel and food with the ‘effects of climate change increases’. If this is the way the UN is going, then it looks likely to collapse under the weight of its own irrelevance come December.

Officers in the UK military warned that the price of goods such as fuel is likely to rise as conflict provoked by climate change increases.
A statement from the meeting adds that humanitarian disasters will put more and more strain on military resources.
It asks governments to adopt ambitious targets for curbing greenhouse gases.
The annual UN climate conference opens in about six weeks’ time, and the doctors, academics and military experts represented at the meeting (held in the British Medical Association’s (BMA) headquarters) argue that developed and developing countries alike need to raise their game.

Pole shift is the reason for climate change.The wooly mamoths found in the northern cap prove it has happened before,there was no ice age like the one the fake history books said. There has never been enough vegatation on the northern caps or southern caps to feed and elephant? Through out history no matter which way the earth is tilted the southern and northern caps are frozen,Any planet in the solar system is the same way as thats the way the rays from the sun hit any sphere, only glancing the caps or poles. I am not saying the caps of Mercury are frozen obviously but the planets far enough away from the sun.There is a large dwarf star system heading this way,oh its coming guaranteed it is a controled system. On February 9 2008 you offered a $25m (�12.8m) prize for scientists who find a way to help save the planet from the effects of climate change. On February 11 2008 you offered to set up an “environmental war room” to lead the world’s efforts to find a fix for global warming. (1)
I would like to offer the following measures to stem glob More..al warming. I call the process for working names sake orbital chaffing.
Basis for assumption that orbital chaffing would work.
The process of chaffing is not new, it has been used by the military to reflect radar in military applications for years. Sunlight is radiant energy and hence can be reflected in the same manner as radar.
The effects of reflecting radiant energy has been measured by meteorologists as a result of the no fly placed in effect by the FAA as a result of the 9/11 attacks. (2) The effect that contrails have on radiant energy absorption and the resulting temperature change was substantial, about 1.1 Celsius. The contrails acted like cirrus clouds reflecting radiant energy back into space.
Orbital chaff composition and dispersion
The basic idea would to create a semi permanent cloud of chaff in geo stationary low earth orbit. The chaff itself would probably best perform in the form of small sections of aluminum or other reflective foil. The size and thickness would probably be best determined by the delivery method. Foil 0.00017″ gauge is commercially available. For economical purposes a thin layer of chaff would be ideal as chaff particles already in the shade of other chaff would be in inefficient.
Placement
The most likely area for chaff placement would be polar regions. with that said, since the actual effect of the chaff clouds would not be such as to prevent penetration of radiant energy, solar of satellite, in it’s entirety the only predictable constraints regarding mans needs for astronomy. Most communications are in the satellite belt and consideration could be given to chaff placement although I doubt there would be substantial effect on telecommunication.
Orbital Decay
Eventually, over a period of years which is difficult to predict, the foil’s orbit would decay falling back into the atmosphere, hopefully other measures would be implemented in the meantime.
Delivery
Defense conversion of intercontinental ballistic missiles would probably be the quickest and morally correct method in light of the absence of economical reusable delivery systems. Since the cargo to be delivered is not sensitive to gforce, the use of a rail gun might be plausible. (3) In such a case, the chaff could be delivered in a compact shell, then using an explosive dispersed at the point of the desired chaff location.
