Nothing wrong to dress like Adolf Hitler court in Sweden rules

A man was arrested and charged with hate crimes related charges after dressing up at a party like Nazi leader Adolf Hitler, according to court proceedings in Sweden.
The man wore an armband with a swastika, a dark suit and a toothbrush mustache when he appeared at a costume party in a pub in south central Jonkoping in Sweden, last year.
The man admitted using the swastika-armband, but denied doing so out of hate to Jews.
The Jonkoping District Court agreed and ruled that the man had no criminal intention or to be disrespectful by dressing as the Nazi leader.
The man’s lawyer had expected his client to be acquitted of the hate crime charges.
“My client went to a costume party and the point was not to express any political or other opinion,” the man’s lawyer said.
However, the 24-year-old was convicted of weapons charges for having a gun and a shotgun in his apartment.
