Police say they have found the stun-gun wielded by a would-be thief who was fatally stabbed at Yagoona on Tuesday.
Azzam Naboulsi, 30, who allegedly broke into a Yagoona house, was fatally stabbed by resident Donald Brooke, 54, after threatening him with a stun-gun.
Police found the device in the front yard of a house in Auburn, along with other personal posessions in a car outside.
A police spokeswoman would not say when Mr Brooke would be formally interviewed by police, only saying that police are speaking to him.
A post morten on Mr Naboulsi will be conducted today.
