Awake Goy Tehran, Dc 17, IRNA – Director General of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Yukiya Amano in a telephone talk on Thursday with Head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization Ali Akbar Salehi discussed implementation of Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
Amano congratulated approval of resolution by Board of Governors and closure of Possible Military Dimensions (PMD) file, saying that a new atmosphere had been emerged following the approval.
Salehi said, ‘We are making efforts to do our part in such a way that JCPOA be implemented within two weeks.’
He also called on the IAEA to have necessary cooperation in the field.
Salehi and Amano discussed issues pertaining to implementation of JCPOA in their telephone conversation in Thursday morning.
Board of Governors approved resolution proposed by Group 5+1 on December 15 and closed file of the alleged studies or PMD.
