The HAGUE, (PIC)– Palestinian activists in the Netherlands intend to organize a sit-in outside the parliament in The Hague to commemorate the 64th anniversary of the Nakba and to highlight the cause of Palestinian hunger strikers in Israeli jails.
The Palestinian house in the Netherlands, an assembly of Palestinian activists from all affiliations, invited the Palestinians in diaspora and their friends to participate in the event to be held on May 15 outside the parliament.
The foundation said the activities to be held in the Netherlands on the Nakba anniversary will highlight the cause of Palestinian hunger strikers in Israeli jails and the injustice inflicted on them.
It noted that a tent displaying pictures and documentary movies about Palestine will be pitched outside the parliament in cooperation with the Dutch friendship society, stop the occupation organization, and the council of Moroccans in the Netherlands.
